Naman’s Yearning For Spring Season
Once there was a seven-year-old boy. His name was Naman. He loved the spring season. But it was still winter. He waited for a month, still, spring season did not come. He asked his parents when next season will come. His parents told him that spring will come after a month. Finally, Naman was glad to welcome his favorite season.
His family packed their bags and went to a resort in Kashmir for spring break. It was a nice place. The sun-kissed the flowers. The flowers started to bloom. A pleasant breeze was flowing. The birds were singing and making their nests. The baby birds started to hatch from eggs. The mountains looked very beautiful with green trees. The bees and bears were happy to come out from winter hibernation.
Naman always yearned to go to a lake and ride a ferry. He asked his parents to take him to the lake. They all went to the Dal Lake in Srinagar. They sat in a houseboat and had fun. They went into the deep water of the lake. They saw many trees with fruits and flowers on the sides of the lake. Suddenly it started to drizzle. Naman saw a big rainbow in the sky.
They also visited many gardens in Srinagar. There they saw many huge trees with different flowers. There were blue, pink, orange, purple, yellow, and red roses. There were varieties of flowers like sunflowers, marigolds, jasmine, velvet flower, and many more. They also did horse riding and gondola rides.
Naman was on cloud nine for his dream come true. He adored his trip. It was full of fun and frolic. Finally, spring season not only blossomed flowers but bloomed happiness in Naman’s heart as well.
