An original story written by our student Sidhak Sethi.

Sidhak is 9 years old inquisitive boy from Mysore. We are proud to have him as a student of Level 1 – Little Writers Program, an Online Creative Writing Program using Applied Storytelling & Theatre tools under the mentorship of Trainer Khusshbo Chokhaani. We congratulate Sidhak for this exemplary true self-expression.

The Cycle and The Car

It was a bright sunny day. Flexible Cycle and Glorious Car were drinking lemonade, and sitting on their lawn chair. It was scorching hot and they wanted to go to Goa.

They booked a flight. When they reached Goa, unfortunately, it was boiling hot there as well. Hence, they decided to go to a resort that has a private beach. After check-in, they quickly went to their room. They wore swimming costumes and went to the beach.

They took a dip in the sea and felt refreshed and cool. When they came out of the water, they again started feeling hot and drenched in sweat. They again went back into the water and started playing with a ball.

Then they rented a boat for a ride. They clicked pictures of the sunset and the water.

“Hey Glorious, check out the big waves shining”, said Flexible Cycle.

“Wow,” said Glorious.

They did water sports like Jetskii and Banana Ride. It was refreshing to enjoy the cold seawater. They enjoyed the water sports. They felt thrilled and excited because they came to goa and had lots of fun.

After some time, they were feeling hungry. There was a restaurant just next to the beach shacks. They ordered some food from there.

The food was tasty, scrumptious, and delicious. They gobbled up all. They were so tired after the fun time that they slept on the shacks. Holidays are meant for fun and getting tired as well.
