Symphony

Chapter 1: The Enchanted Symphony

Amidst the shimmering hues of twilight, in the quaint village of Serenora, nestled between lush emerald hills, lived a young prodigy named Elysia. Her soul was a symphony of dreams, and her heart, a repository of emotions yet to be explored. She was a gifted musician, with fingers that danced gracefully on the strings of her violin, conjuring melodies that touched the deepest recesses of the human soul.

But beneath the virtuosic facade lay a profound sorrow. Elysia’s parents, esteemed musicians themselves, had left this earthly realm too soon, leaving her orphaned and burdened with a melancholic longing. Yet, she found solace in the ethereal notes she played, as if weaving a tapestry of emotions to mend the fragments of her wounded heart.

One fateful eve, as the stars emerged like diamonds in the ink-black canvas of the sky, a mysterious visitor appeared. He was a man with an enigmatic aura, donned in midnight blue robes, and his eyes sparkled with ancient wisdom. He introduced himself as Maestro Dante, a renowned conductor of otherworldly symphonies.

“I have heard your music, young Elysia,” he said, his voice a harmonious blend of whispering winds and distant echoes. “You possess a gift that can move mountains and part seas. But your soul is burdened. If you sought liberation, come with me to the Unseen Conservatoire.”

Intrigued and captivated, Elysia agreed, setting forth on a journey into the unknown.

Chapter 2: The Unseen Conservatoire

The Unseen Conservatoire was an ethereal realm that lay hidden behind the veils of reality. Its entrance, a majestic archway entwined with mystical vines, appeared before Elysia and Maestro Dante. As they stepped through, an enchanting opulence surrounded them, manifested through vibrant hues and elusive melodies.

Here, time seemed to dissolve, and Elysia found herself in the company of exceptional musicians, each with their instrument of choice, be it a violin-like hers, or more enigmatic ones like the celestial harp or the emerald flute. But what mesmerized her most was the conductor’s baton, carved from a fallen star, glimmering with untold power.

Under Maestro Dante’s tutelage, Elysia discovered secrets of music that transcended human understanding. Each note was infused with raw emotions that danced between joy and sorrow, love and heartbreak, hope and despair. She learned to wield these emotions, not merely playing her violin but conjuring soul-stirring symphonies that could paint vivid landscapes within the listener’s mind.

As days turned to nights and nights to days, Elysia immersed herself in this melodic haven, shedding her burdens, and embracing her true self.

Chapter 3: The Symphony of Awakening

In the heart of the Unseen Conservatoire, nestled between two ancient willows, stood the *Symphony Altar*. Legend had it that a rare celestial event would occur once every millennium, infusing the altar with an unparalleled energy capable of fulfilling the innermost desires of the chosen one.

Elysia, now enlightened and free of her past sorrows, stood before the altar, her violin cradled in her arms. Her heart was no longer a chamber of sadness but a treasure trove of emotions waiting to be unveiled.

As the skies above darkened and celestial bodies aligned, Elysia began to play. The music that flowed from her violin was beyond the realm of mortal comprehension—a symphony woven with the very essence of existence, a harmonious fusion of life’s kaleidoscope.

Each stroke of her bow invoked memories of her past, yet it was infused with newfound acceptance and gratitude. Her music danced with the joy of sunlit meadows and wept with the tenderness of a mother’s lullaby. It soared to celestial heights, embracing the stars, and descended to the depths of the ocean, touching the very core of existence.

With tears glistening in her eyes, Elysia’s soulful notes enveloped the Unseen Conservatoire and echoed through the cosmos. Her symphony reached far beyond the boundaries of Serenora, resonating in the hearts of all who heard it. At that moment, she understood the true power of music—to mend, to heal, and to awaken the slumbering spirits of humanity.

As the last notes of her masterpiece faded into eternity, a celestial glow surrounded Elysia, transforming her into an eternal melody, forever reverberating in the hearts of those who listened to the whispers of the universe.

And so, in the village of Serenora, tales were told of the prodigious musician who journeyed beyond the veils of reality to find her true self, and whose music still graced the world, breathing life into the symphony of human emotions.

Deep Into Darkness

Screech! The driver slammed on brakes, “The Duncan’s, 136 Avenue Road, Terlingua, Texas 141. Can I help you with the luggage miss?”. “It would be very helpful to do so” answered Sophie. She took a look around while the cab driver took the luggage out. The weather was moderate, kids played on the footpath. There were lush green gardens all around having flowers of exquisite colors. But the house she was moving into looked out of place, but who dares to care about the looks of a big house for cheap? “Ahem”, Sophie was startled, she looks back to see the cab driver stare at her questionably, and she swiftly paid the fare.  The cab was gone she looked all around once and then headed into the house.

Sophie was a girl of 18 years, her skin was fair and she was appreciated countless numbers of times for her lustrous blond hair. Sophie had casual attire as any normal college freshman would. Leaving her home in New York and came to study here in Texas. For a couple of weeks, she had been searching for a home in the neighborhood. The Duncans were a family who had an empty house in Texas and were willing to rent it, seeing the size and the rent she quickly took it nonchalant about the looks.

Before her lay a living room with a comfy sofa and a small T.V., on the other side of which was the kitchen. There was a passage to the right which lead to the bathroom. The stairs between the kitchen and living room led to the second floor where there was a hallway at the end of which was the bedroom. Now she arranged her stuff throughout the day and then having dinner she went to bed, tired from a long day’s work she went into a deep sleep.

Sophie woke up at midnight longing for a glass of water, upon quenching her thirst she was going to the bedroom when after she reached the second floor the lights went out, from the reserve power only one light in the hallway was lit. Now, when she was little, she had Bathophobia or a phobia of dark deep spaces like a dark hallway, she SLOWLY SLOWLY OVERCAME her phobia with exposure to it, but after MANY years it awakened AGAIN.

She slowly walked towards the bedroom, suddenly she could hear a song in a soft voice “I know you well, come into me, I am darkness”. The pace of the song increased with every minute and second. And then came running towards her a white lady with her hair dangling as if she was going to kill her and she passed out. The next day at college she felt as if it was a dream and continued her life as if nothing happened. But the incident did not stop, and it repeated every night to such an extent that she drove herself to madness.

One morning, one kid accidentally threw the ball into the house, so he rang the bell. After waiting for a long time the kid grew impatient and called his mom, again after waiting they decided to call the police. The cops broke into the house, they headed straight to the bedroom to find her dead. Lying on the floor beside her was a bottle and a note explaining everything. Post-mortem results declared she died by consuming Cyanide. After a thorough investigation, they found out that she was disturbed by the exposure to a phobia which cause her to hallucinate and see things (hyper imagination), not being able to take the pressure she snuck Cyanide from chemistry class and committed suicide, ending her devastating pain.
