The Apple Boy

In a mystical village near Gurugram, where the apples were the talk of the village, lived a lad named Rushank, armed with quick wit and big dreams. “Hey Rushank, are you still planning to conquer the stock market with your jokes?” teased his friend. “You bet! Just wait and watch,” he retorted, grinning widely.

His ambitions turned the village into a comedy club! “Rushank, stick to cracking jokes, not the stock market,” laughed his neighbour. “But the stock market is no joke, it’s serious business,” Rushank quipped, feeling more laughter. His father, catching wind of the banter, chimed in, “Son, with these jokes, you’d make one clown of a comedian!” Rushank shot back with a smile, “Dad, just wait until I’m a billionaire from the stock market; then the jokes will really roll in!”

With determination and his unique sense of humour, Rushank pursued his dreams, eventually becoming the wealthiest investor in Gurugram. As he flaunted his success, Rushank’s father jokingly exclaimed, “I guess the apple really doesn’t fall far from the tree!” They all burst into laughter, realizing that Rushank had proved himself and his humour was indeed the secret ingredient to his success.

Kit Kat

In a small town, lived a little cat named Kit-Kat. She was named  like this, not because of her colour, but because she was a kitten and a cat.  Her fur was pure white and looked amazing, Her eyes were green and looked somehow both friendly and evil.

Kit-Kat’s dream was to be the first cat or, any living being for that matter, then to go to the Mars Planet. It was partly because she wanted to explore, and partly because she had seen her owner eat chocolates called Mars and Kit-kat.

There was only one problem, but it was a huge one. She could never tell her owners she wanted to go to Mars. She understood their language, but couldn’t speak it. If nobody could help her to achieve her dream, how was it going to come true?

One day, she was roaming at night, when she saw the key to all her problems. A trampoline! She bounced on it one more time and she could see Mars right in front of her.  All she had to do was jump harder.  As she was traveling through the air on her second jump, she wondered, what she would do all alone on Mars. When she reached, her problem was solved immediately. Turns out, Mars was Inhabited. There were aliens, imps, pixies and many different creatures. Kit-Kat never complained again.

At night, they went off to sleep. When they woke up, they found out they were humans, named Arshiya and Adhira. They had the best day of their lives. The went to a water park, they sat on a plane, they sat on a horseback ride, and they tried many different types of food. They enjoyed their full day in the water park with rides, food, and each other’s company.  Just when they were about to eat something called Crème- role, they heard Meera’s voice, “Brownie, Cocoa, wake up”. They sleepily opened their eyes and found out it had all been a dream, still, they were happy that even in a dream their wish came true.
