An original collection of short stories written, by our offline (Jaipur) student Yuvaan Agrawal.

Yuvaan is 6 years old. A young sports enthusiast. We are proud to have him as a student of the Personality Development Program using Applied Storytelling, Public Speaking, Theatre, and Creative Writing tools under the mentorship of Facilitator Khusshbo Chokhaani. We congratulate Yuvaan for this exemplary true self-expression.

NJT Short Stories Collection#1

1.Sam The Monkey

In a deep forest, a monkey named Sam lived on a tree. He was hungry and wanted to eat some bananas. He went on a search for a tree
with bananas hanging. He found one but his family members ate all the bananas. He thought next time when I see bananas, I will jump,
take them up and hide them. He did the same and did not share. He was satiated and happy.

2.Harry The Astronaut

Once upon a time, there was a boy named Harry. He aspired to become an astronaut. He went to his science lab to make a spacecraft. But he lacked knowledge on making the spacecraft. He went to his dad to seek help. His dad was a scientist and was very proud of him. He was ready to guide him to make a spacecraft. Harry felt accomplished after completing the spacecraft.

3. J. Ronaldo The Footballer

In a classroom there was a boy named J. Ronaldo. His dream was to become a footballer and play like his dad. He practiced a lot and
worked very hard. His dad was always out for tournaments so could not help J. Ronaldo with his passion. He asked his cousin to help him
in improving his game. But he was not a great player as his dad. Therefore he lost the match and could not get selected in the Team.
He felt sad. He didn’t give up and kept on trying.

NJT Short Stories Collection#12

1.Bean The Broom

There was a broom in the house. His name was Bean. He was brewing orange juice in a pot. Then he saw a cat. He was scared frantically. He got furious. He sweeps the cat out of the house.

2.Bob The Boy

There was a boy named Bob. He had a dog named Lobby. Bob and Lobby were going for a walk. Bob saw a wolf. He started running after the wolf. Now Lobby was lost. Bob started crying. Lobby came back. They both hugged.

3. Titanic The Boat

Once there was a boat named Titanic. It was floating in the Indian Ocean. It crashed on a snow wall. It drowned in the Indian Ocean

4. Shaurya and His Twin Siblings

Once there was a little boy named Shaurya. He lived in a house. One day he was very happy because her mother had a baby in her stomach. The doctor said they are twins. One boy and a girl. They were born on 25 March. Now the mother had 3 children. 2 boys and 1 girl. The 1 boy was 8 years old. The other boy was 1 Month old. The girl was also 1 month old.

5. Rajma Chawal

Once upon a time, there was a very happy girl. She loved to eat rajma chawal. One day she was very hungry and she wanted to eat rajma chawal. But she doesn’t know how to make rajma chawal. Then she went to a restaurant to eat rajma chawal. But there was no rajma chawal in the restaurant. Then she ordered french fries. Her stomach was full. The next day her stomach was hurting. Then she went to the doctor. The doctor said take care of yourself. Then the doctor said to take medicine to get well. She followed the doctor. Then she was well.

6. Santa’s Thoughtful Gifts

“I wrote to Santa to send me something special for Christmas”. So, he wrapped up a car. “Too small”, thought Santa. “I’ll send something else.” So, he wrapped up a kite. “Too big”, thought Santa. “I’ll send something else.” So, he thought very hard, and on Christmas Eve Santa bought a cat. “Thank you, Santa. I just wanted it”, expressed me, your Shaurya.
